Facebook-owned Whatsapp is soon to make certain modifications in its Terms of Service in 2021. Once these modifications are made, it would become mandatory for the Whatsapp users to accept the Updated Terms of Service. The failure to comply with the afore-mentioned requirement will result in the deletion of a user’s whatsapp account.
Whatsapp will be updating its Terms of Service early next year and the users will get to see the effect of the same starting 8 February, 2021 itself. Users who do not comply with the modified privacy rules would ultimately lose access to their respective Whatsapp accounts.
Whatsapp has officially confirmed this information and has straight away mentioned that the users must either chose to agree or will be losing access to their whatsapp accounts otherwise.
