Artificial Intelligence (AI) is getting massive attention among businesses, and according to the recent report by Gartner, Artificial Intelligence augmentation is going to construct 2 billion hours of worker efficiency and $2.9 trillion of business value internationally.
Gartner describes augmented intelligence similar to a human-centered corporation model of people & AI functioning mutually to improve cognitive performance. It includes several things, such as decision making, learning, and new experiences.
Svetlana Sicular, research vice president at Gartner, said, “Augmented intelligence is all about people taking advantage of AI.” Adding further, she said, “As AI technology evolves, the combined human and AI capabilities that augmented intelligence allows will deliver the greatest benefits to enterprises.”
Gartner’s AI business value estimate highlights choice to support or augmentation as the most significant type of AI by organization value-add with the smallest first barriers to implementation. By 2030, augmentation or decision support will exceed all other standards of AI initiatives, in order to account for 44 percent of the worldwide AI-derived business value.

As per the report, by Gartner AI business forecast, customer experience is the crucial source of AI-derived organization value. Augmented intelligence lessens the errors while providing customer practicality and personalization at scale, making accessible what was formerly obtainable to the select few.
